Oklahoma and Texas are scheduled to join the SEC no later than 2026. 64 teams will compete in the NCAA tournament, only 16 teams will make it to the Super Regionals and 8 teams will compete in the College Softball World Series, hosted each year in May and June in Oklahoma City.
